15/03/2016: 'Avian influenza in feed – fact or fiction?' webinar booking closes tomorrow

As more Avian Influenza incidents are reported in Europe, the USDA has confirmed that feed could be a vector in the spread of the virus (USDA Report, HPAI Contaminated Feed, September 2015).  Now new research conducted by Dr Haroldo Toro of Auburn University, Alabama, USA offers insight into control tools.

Join Anitox for a special online webinar to consider the risk posed by Avian Influenza in feed, and to review the results of Dr Toro’s research first hand.  The agenda will also focus on biosecurity measures necessary to protect layer operations.

This 30 minute webinar will be hosted by poultry veterinarian and Anitox CEO and President Dr Rick Phillips, together with Chief Science Officer Dr Kurt Richardson and poultry veterinarian and Anitox Global Technical Director Dr Gino Lorenzoni.

Date:  Tuesday 23rd March 2016
Time:  2pm GMT
Location:  Online (Log in details to be confirmed following RSVP)
