Yesterday, President Truong Tan Sang welcomed Japanese Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Hayashi Yoshimasa to Hanoi.

The minister's visit helped the two countries' enhance their relations, particularly in terms of agriculture, President Sang said. He also said that he hoped the Japanese ministry and the Vietnamese Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development would reach an agreement to co-operate more.
