01/01/13: India's wheat exports and feed prices; ConAgra buys Ralcorp

India is considering allowing additional wheat exports to reduce stock in time for the new harvest.
The exports should help will help buyers in the Middle East and Africa as suppliers Russia and Australia are facing falling output, reports Reuters.

In recent months the price of raw materials for animal feed have soared in India. However, good news is on the horizon for feed manufacturers: prices of poultry feed products are likely to turn cheaper by the end of this week on account of lower input cost.

Ralcorp Holdings, USA a producer of private-brand foods and food service products was acquired by ConAgra Foods on January 29, 2013.
